Elevate Week 2

Be the One Team Covenant:

As a member of this team, I agree to:

• Remember that I am representing Jesus Christ as well as Be the One Ministries and will model Jesus in my behavior and attitude.
• Develop and maintain a servant attitude towards all people I come in contact with during ministry and my teammates.
• Respect my Team Leader(s) and his or her decisions.
• Refrain from complaining. I know that travel can present many unexpected/undesired circumstances. Instead of complaining, I’ll be creative and supportive.
• Refrain from illegal drugs and abstain from the consumption of alcoholic beverages or the use of tobacco products.
• Maintain relationships with other team members as brothers and sisters in Christ and friendship. Not engaging in dating relationships with each other, and to keep all friendships platonic while on this trip.
• Remember that I can be sent home, at my own expense, if I do not adhere to this Covenant or if my Team Leader believes it is in my best interest or that of the team.

By selecting "Yes, I agree", I am acknowledging I have read and agree to the team covenant.

I do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Be the One Ministries Incorporated, their interns, their leaders, and their employees and officers, from any and all liability, claims or demands, which I or my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have or claim to have, for personal injuries to property, real or personal, sickness, death, or unanticipated expenses of any nature which may be incurred by the undersigned participant, arising out of, or caused by, the above event or activity. I intend to be legally bound by this statement of release. Be the One Ministries reserves the right to change the dates any BTO activity/event(s) in the event of unpreventable schedule conflicts. If dates do change, you will be notified immediately with options for next steps. Be the One Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. BY SIGNING...
